LENS is seeking a Security Engineer to advance the security architecture for its cloud-native platform used in public safety. You will help protect data, services, and the public by embedding secure design into product development.

Responsibilities include leading FedRAMP and GovRAMP programs, threat modeling, and building monitoring and incident response capabilities across the stack. Join a mission to prevent traffic accidents through trusted technology.

Qualifications

• Experience building security architecture for cloud-native and AI platforms.
• Leads FedRAMP, SOC 2, or equivalent government compliance programs.
• Hands-on security testing: threat modeling, secure code reviews, vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate the security architecture that protects LENS products, data, and public safety agencies.
• Own the end-to-end security posture—from cloud infrastructure to application-layer controls, IAM, and data protection.
• Lead FedRAMP, GovRAMP and related compliance programs to meet government requirements and enable new agency relationships.
• Embed security into the engineering culture with threat modeling, security reviews, and penetration testing.
• Detect, respond to, and learn from security events by building monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities.
