Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead architecture and design of cybersecurity solutions for federal networks. You will coordinate with a team to turn customer IT needs into secure plans, balancing security with mission priorities.

You will guide cybersecurity domains including IoT, Cloud security, A&O, IAM, and machine learning, interfacing with senior leaders to mature capabilities and deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
• Experience with architecting Zero Trust solutions and DoD reference architectures (NIST 800-207).
• Experience with product selection initiatives including perimeter defense, zero trust, A&O, AI/analytics, secure DevOps, and IAM.
• Ability to work with senior leaders (CISO, CIO, CTO) to ideate, build, and mature cybersecurity capabilities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Education: Associate’s/ Bachelor’s/Master’s with years of experience, or 12+ years of IT work in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain CSSP-IS and IAT Level III certifications within defined timeframes.

• Coordinate with a team of experts to translate IT needs into secure plans.
• Provide alternatives and customize solutions balancing security with mission requirements.
• Lead technologies across IoT, Cloud, IAM, A&O, and ML to address customer challenges.
• Engage with senior leaders to guide cybersecurity capability maturation and program delivery.
