Responsibilities

• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within Community Impact Foundation
• Lead technical design reviews for junior technology initiatives
• Stand up observability so Community Impact Foundation sees failures before customers in NY
• Prototype rough Stress Management ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in Community Impact Foundation's stack
• Drive the Azure Sentinel incident postmortem that stops the New York outage from recurring
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time
• Walk technology stakeholders through Digital Forensics tradeoffs in language executives grasp
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
