Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living seeks an Assistant Manager of Security and Emergency Services to oversee security and emergency programs across the community in Hingham, MA. The role emphasizes responding to medical emergencies and leading a team of security and EMS professionals.

Ideal candidates bring EMT/EMS or related emergency response experience and at least two years in SES management, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of SES Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Responder experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist SES Manager with program compliance, QA/I, investigations, training and admin support.
• Serve as primary backup to SES Manager in their absence.
• Oversee community security through gatehouse, patrols, access control, visitor/contractor registration and key management.
• Oversee safety programs including department inspections, workplace incident responses and hazard communications.
• Assist in budgeting with manager and monitor spending.
• Document incidents using the Incident Reporting System.
• Manage Emergency Call System and Notification Alert System.
• Provide leadership and uphold Erickson Way standards.
