Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living seeks an Assistant Manager of Security and Emergency Services to oversee Security and Emergency Services programs and lead a team as the first responder to medical emergencies across the community.

Ideal candidates have EMT/EMS/paramedic or emergency response background; minimum 2 years in SES management and 1 year in an Emergency Responder role, plus a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SES management or equivalent leadership role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Emergency Responder role.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SES Manager in program compliance, quality assurance, investigations and training.
• Serve as the primary backup to the SES Manager in their absence.
• Oversee security operations including gatehouse, patrols, access control and registration.
• Oversee safety programs including safety inspections and hazard communications.
• Partner to establish and maintain an operating budget.
• Document incidents using the Incident Reporting System.
