Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor to lead a safety-focused team. You will patrol the property, manage the gatehouse, enforce parking rules, and respond to emergencies while modeling professional conduct.

You will supervise daily shift reports and incident documentation, screen visitors, and coach staff to uphold exceptional safety standards. Requires 18+, 1 year public safety supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property, staffing of the gatehouse, and responds to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations.
• Ensure the completion of daily shift reports and incident reports.
• Screen visitors, vendors, etc. at the gatehouse.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist in training, coaching, and counseling of employees and provide daily leadership.
