Erickson Senior Living's Ashby Ponds community in Virginia is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor to lead patrols, gatehouse operations, and incident reporting, ensuring safety and compliance across the community.

You will supervise staff, train and coach team members, respond to emergencies, enforce parking rules, and maintain daily shift documentation. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing network of communities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of public safety supervisory experience (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or equivalent supervision.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and supervise gatehouse operations.
• Respond to emergency and routine calls for service and enforce regulations.
• Complete daily shift and incident reports (medical, theft, accidents, fires, violations).
• Screen visitors and vendors at the gatehouse.
• Provide training, coaching and daily leadership to the team; monitor safety practices.
