Overview

Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor. You will lead by example in overseeing the safety and security of our community, enforce regulations, manage incident reports, and provide leadership, training, and support to the team to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property, staff the gatehouse, and respond to emergency and routine calls for service
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations
• Ensure the completion of daily shift reports and incident reports (including medical response, theft, accidents, fires, emergencies, and violations of rules and regulations)
• Screen visitors, vendors, etc. at the gatehouse
• Supervisory Responsibilities: training, coaching, and counseling of employees; provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation, and communication to direct and indirect reports; monitor team and reinforce safety practices

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience
• Current and valid driver’s license

Compensation

Starting at $25 per hour based on experience
