Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services (SES) Officer at The Grandview in North Bethesda, MD. You will patrol facilities, respond to non-emergency service calls, and assist in community emergencies under supervision.

• Ability to interact professionally with residents, family members, staff and vendors.
• Schedule may include varied shifts and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of buildings and grounds.
• Perform safety checks in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance.
• Receive non-emergency service calls and dispatch response as needed.
• Respond to community emergencies (fires, severe weather, evacuations).
• Document visitors, vendors and parking with clear instructions.
