Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background investigation and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of utility facilities, access points, and perimeter boundaries.
• Monitor access and verify credentials as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify appropriate contacts and responders.
• Report hazards, damaged barriers, and suspicious activity to site leadership.
