Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization Driver in La Porte, Texas. You will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and maintain security for a chemical/petrochemical location, while driving as required.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident response, documentation, and collaboration with site personnel. A valid driver's license and TSA TWIC are required, with additional licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Document daily activities, access-related events, incidents, and irregularities in required reports and logs.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization Driver in La Porte, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing site entry, verifying credentials, monitoring access points, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support security-related operations with integrity and teamwork. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
