Job summary

Allied Universal West Memphis, AR is seeking a Security Officer Driver Entry Management to safeguard site access at an industrial location. You will manage visitor and employee entry, issue badges, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols while delivering professional customer service.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring access points, documenting activities, and following emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation and drug screen are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and issuing badges; maintain logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, work areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document daily activities and communicate concerns to site management.
