This part-time role involves managing entry points, verifying badges, and patrolling facilities while delivering strong customer service. The position emphasizes safe, courteous service and adherence to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate concerns to leadership.
