Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports.
• Report hazards and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
