Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license as required by policy.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or associates by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies, including emergency response when needed.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, contractor, and driver entry records per site procedures.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates and entrances; communicate entry instructions and report unauthorized access or irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
