Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus security operations and dispatch.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and relay information to responders.
• Answer phones, log information, and use two-way radios for communications.
• Maintain daily activity reports (DAR) in the Itrak system.
• Ensure adherence to CCSN policies and safety rules.
• Coordinate with security supervisor and law enforcement as needed.
