Responsibilities

• Attend security briefings and staff meetings.
• Answer calls from patrons, Team Members, or security personnel reporting security concerns, incidents or emergencies.
• Evaluate the severity of each call to determine the appropriate response and dispatch accordingly.
• Assign suitable security personnel to respond based on location, situation and availability.
• Actively monitor CCTV, access control, alarm panels, and other security tech to identify threats.
• Document all security incidents with event details, actions, and personnel involved.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated responses to security issues.
