Job summary

Allstate Security is seeking a part-time Security Dispatcher for our San Diego headquarters. This administration/customer service role focuses on maintaining open lines of communication in a high-call-volume environment, data entry, scheduling, and assisting employees and contractors.

You will input data, document calls, provide frontline customer service, and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with employment guidelines. A strong writing ability and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-call-volume environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience in scheduling staff and dispatch.
• Security industry experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls at high volumes
• Providing customer service to the business unit
• Provide adequate feedback to all callers
• Collaborate with team to ensure communication compliance
• Maintain organization in your work area

• Must have exceptional experience with writing and reading daily activity reports
