Job summary

Absolute International Security is seeking a professional Dispatcher in Irwindale, CA to coordinate security guard schedules and dispatch personnel to client sites. You will be the central communication point between guards, supervisors, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in security, scheduling, dispatching, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update employee schedules to ensure posts are staffed.
• Dispatch personnel to client sites and coordinate updates with teams.
• Prepare staffing reports and verify timesheets for payroll.
• Serve as primary contact for personnel and clients regarding schedules.
