MGM Resorts International is seeking a Security Dispatcher to join our Security team at National Harbor, Maryland. You will coordinate radio communications, monitor alarms and cameras, and ensure accurate, real-time updates to leadership while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Based in National Harbor, MD, this 8-hour swing from 2:45pm to 11:30pm involves emergency response support, incident documentation, and guest and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous security dispatch or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Alarm and surveillance monitoring and reporting to Security Management.
• Maintenance of clear, real-time records of calls, incidents and officer activity.
• Management of radio, phone lines, and mass notification systems as part of emergency responses.
• Assisting guests and employees with concerns and escalating issues when needed.
