The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and meets age and background requirements to support emergency operations and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older; High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels; respond to threats.
• Coordinate security officers to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Maintain real-time logs of communications, incidents, and activities.
