Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and procedures.
• Monitor communication systems and dispatch appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly while coordinating with responders.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports accurately.
• Conduct regular patrols and adapt to location-specific conditions.
