Northwell Health is seeking a Norwalk Hospital Security Dispatch Operator to support daily security operations. The role involves monitoring video surveillance, handling calls for service, and coordinating dispatch of officers and vehicles within the facility.
The position requires CT Security Officer licensure or certification and preferred safety certifications (OSHA, NFPA, FEMA, IAHSS, IFPO, ASIS). On-site work with medium to heavy physical effort may be involved.

The Norwalk Hospital Security Dispatch Operator provides a vital function to the daily security operations by way of command, control, and communication. The Dispatch Operation is the heart of the Security Department and constantly monitors video surveillance, receives all calls for service requests, Emergency Codes and Alerts, and dispatches all relevant information to the Patrol and Sentry Officers stationed throughout the facility.
