The position requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years of security experience or a college degree, and experience with alarm panels and access control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined security or law enforcement experience or a college degree.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Alarm panel experience and access control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Monitor alarm systems, cameras, access control activity, and communication channels; receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, requests, and dispatch activity in logs and reporting systems; escalate critical information per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite personnel and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter and report observed security concerns.
