Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA to coordinate security-related communications and support response efforts at a financial institution location. You will monitor systems, document incidents, and provide professional customer service while maintaining clear communications.

The role requires 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma, and a preference for a guard card/license and tech comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Guard card or license (preferred).
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds (preferred).
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and incident response.
• Monitor calls, alarms, cameras, and other communications; relay information to personnel.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and requests with clear logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols around the financial institution location and perimeter.
