Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise security division policies, goals and budget inputs.
• Maintain auditable key control and badging systems and liaise with law enforcement.
• Prepare SOPs, manuals, and depot protection plan materials to ensure compliance.
• Create procedures for investigation and reporting of security incidents and maintain protective measures.
• Oversee security staff including work direction, performance feedback, and staffing decisions.
• Escalate safety, environmental or security concerns and uphold ethics and company standards.
