EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to own the engagement across Infrastructure Vulnerability Management and Application Vulnerability Management.

You will drive program strategy, govern financials and SLAs, own client relationships, and lead a program team to transform technical initiatives into measurable risk reduction. The role requires leadership across enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs, coordination across 70+ teams, and on-site availability in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs.
• Deep expertise in vulnerability management, infrastructure security, and remediation.
• Executive stakeholder management experience in regulated US utilities or comparable industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across all streams and financial goals.
• Own technology and architecture strategy for application, infrastructure, network, and on-prem security.
• Establish governance models for vulnerability management.
• Enable client visibility with actionable reporting for asset owners and executives.
• Coordinate across 70+ application teams and infrastructure groups.
• Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team for enterprise-scale execution.
