Job summary

Parsons is a digitally enabled solutions provider seeking an experienced operations professional to support Indo-Pacific focused missions on Camp Smith, HI. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to work across multiple staff sections to self-task and guide J3 activities.

The candidate will plan and synchronize strategic operations, integrate guidance with intelligence activities, and develop MOE/MOP while coordinating with law-enforcement partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience targeting utilizing multiple intelligence disciplines
• Working knowledge of targeting methodology and policy
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while responding promptly to information requests
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leader briefings

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize strategic operations, activities, and investments across the PACOM AOR
• Work with J2/J3 teams to integrate guidance into intelligence activities and coordinate opportunities
• Follow JP standards, collaborate with law-enforcement partners and PACOM counterparts
• Support assessment and evaluation; help develop and track MOE and MOP
• Capture lessons learned and connect findings to learning events to improve outcomes
• Support planning workflows and dashboard capabilities, including AI-enabled tools
• Prepare agendas/read-aheads for planning events; track decisions and actions
• Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership and partner organizations
