Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking dedicated Control Room Operators (CRO) for a high-security data center environment. You will monitor alarms, manage access, and coordinate emergency responses to ensure continuous protection and client satisfaction.

• Monitor alarms in real time and dispatch security officers to incidents within required SLA windows
• Manage access control systems -- grant, restrict, and revoke access permissions; verify credentials; investigate unauthorized access attempts
• Execute emergency escalation procedures and maintain clear communication during high-risk incidents
• Monitor green zones and perimeter areas for security compliance
• Manage and update incidents using a ticketing system
• Respond to client requests via radio, intercom, and text-based communication platforms
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and documentation

This is a critical operations role responsible for real-time alarm monitoring, access control management, and emergency dispatch coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail
