You will greet visitors, verify identities and guide guests while maintaining strict access control and safety across shifts in offices, hotels, and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a bonus
• State license may be required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
