Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking an administrative security support professional to assist the unit manager and security staff. You will handle daily admin tasks, coordinate with clearance agencies, manage badges, and support COMSEC and SAP-related operations.

The role includes scheduling briefings, maintaining logs, and guiding junior clerical personnel while ensuring compliance with security regulations and DoD policies. Some shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent military or technical school.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with Special Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the unit manager and security staff.
• Communicate with clearance granting agencies regarding status and reinvestigations.
• Issue security badges and maintain related logs.
• Schedule and coordinate briefings and inspections.
• Oversee coordination with employees/consultants for clearances and reinvestigations.
• Provide COMSEC and SAP security support as described.
