Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under J-Tech II.

This Range System Administrator II role supports Windows Server administration, LAN monitoring, COMSEC procedures, and secure infrastructure for SAP facilities at an Operation Test location. The candidate must obtain DoD Top Secret clearance and IAM Level II (CompTIA Security+) within 180 days.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology, or equivalent training.
• Five years related experience or combination in computer system basics and related areas.
• Broad knowledge of computer science, graphics, and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Operates MS Windows Server software with security, access control, configuration and backups.
• Monitors LAN performance and troubleshoots networking hardware.
• Organizes directory structure and trains staff in department use.
• Manages Data Management (DM) systems, databases and CM/DM release procedures.
• Designs functional, visually esthetic web pages.
• Tracks equipment configurations and logs via CA/CRL.
• Acts as POC for problem reporting and system upgrades across environments.
• Proposes future hardware/software implementations and流程 improvements, schedules and plans.
• Provides operational status as required.
• Completes complex assignments with independent contribution.
