Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a COMSEC Security Manager to support DoD Special Access Programs, including SAPs and SCI activities. The role involves day-to-day COMSEC activities, equipment inventories, and secure communications installations.

The candidate will manage Top Secret inventories, enforce COMSEC accountability, and train personnel while traveling up to 25% to supported facilities. A TS/SCI clearance is required, with polygraph readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience.
• SAP experience required.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Willingness to submit to Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Strong understanding of COMSEC accountability and related procedures.
• Experience with issue and receipt of COMSEC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure equipment inventories, inspections and COMSEC oversight.
• Install secure telephone equipment and coordinate encryption device delivery.
• Administer Top Secret inventory and document control for COMSEC materials.
• Perform agency policy inventories and report discrepancies.
• Courier classified information and document receipt for classified materials.
• Ensure AIS security requirements related to COMSEC are followed.
• Ensure proper facility security accreditation for supported sites.
• Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and equipment use.
