Job summary

P-11 SECURITY seeks a COMSEC Security Manager to support DoD SAPs, handling day-to-day COMSEC activities for collateral, SCI, and SAP operations. Responsibilities include inventories, installation coordination for encryption devices, and compliance with COMSEC standards.

Requirements include TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a polygraph willingness, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The role involves lifting and sensitive material handling as part of security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
• Strong understanding of COMSEC accountability and procedures

Responsibilities

• Conduct secure equipment inventories and inspections of COMSEC devices and materials
• Perform installation of secure telephone equipment and coordinate delivery of encryption devices and keying material
• Administer a Top Secret inventory and document control program for COMSEC equipment
• Conduct agency inventories and report discrepancies to government customer
• Courier classified information and maintain receipts for classified materials
• Provide security education and training on COMSEC procedures to team members
• Ensure AIS security requirements related to COMSEC duties are met
• Ensure proper physical security accreditation for supported facilities
• Train personnel in COMSEC procedures and use of related equipment
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members
