Job summary

Totalsystech is seeking a Security Compliance Lead to guide government compliance efforts and lead a dispersed security team. The role requires hands-on A&A lifecycle work, vulnerability management, incident response, and strong leadership to coordinate with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a CISSP or CISM, a Bachelor’s degree, 15 years of related experience, and the ability to travel 4–5 times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 15 years of related security compliance experience
• CISSP or CISM required
• Hands-on leadership of a security compliance team
• A&A lifecycle support (documentation updates, POA&M management)
• Vulnerability identification and risk analysis
• Vulnerability tracking
• Incident management / security event monitoring
• Privileged account management
• Certificate management processes
• Lead and support SOP documentation
• Review and ensure security deliverables are accurate
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

• Lead security compliance efforts for government contracts
• Coordinate across a geographically dispersed security team
• Translate complex topics for senior leadership
• Oversee tasks for junior staff and mentor team
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• Attend and support weekly security team meetings
• Review and ensure security deliverables are accurate and complete
• Utilize MS Office for documentation and reporting
