Job summary

TSTC seeks a Security Compliance Lead to join our team, bringing deep knowledge of government security requirements and the ability to guide a dispersed, highly technical security group. The role involves hands-on compliance, leading junior staff, and communicating complex topics to senior leadership.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 15 years of related experience, and credentials such as CISSP or CISM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 15 years of related security compliance experience
• CISSP or CISM required
• Hands-on security compliance leadership and ability to translate to junior staff and senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Support Assessment & Authorization (A&A) lifecycle tasks including documentation updates, ISAs, POA&M management, monthly reports, and responding to ad hoc requests
• Perform vulnerability identification and risk analysis
• Track vulnerabilities and monitor security events
• Manage incidents and security event monitoring
• Oversee privileged account management and certificate management processes
• Lead and update standard operating procedures
• Support weekly security team meetings
• Review and ensure security compliance deliverables are accurate and complete
