Job summary

This senior project lead role focuses on security engineering and governance, leading a dispersed team and reporting to senior leadership.

The position starts 2–3 weeks after contract award. The role is hybrid with on-site work in Maryland or Colorado Springs and periodic travel, with a background check required for government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of related security compliance experience.
• Must have a CISSP or a CISM.
• Provide guidance, management, and leadership for IT security: ATO maintenance, posture identification, risk assessment, and design/implementation of future programs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with government and TSTC senior leadership.
• Manage a geographically dispersed team of security engineers.
• Provide regular status reports and ensure deliverables are accurate.
