Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all calls professionally and direct transfers appropriately.
• Dispatch security personnel as requested.
• Notify on-call personnel and document notifications.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and distribute information appropriately.
• Demonstrate compassion, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
• Actively listen and respond to customer concerns.
• Assist customers by answering questions or locating information.
• Maintain familiarity with emergency codes including Code Red, Code Black, Code Pink, Code Blue, and Missing Persons.
• Monitor emergency situations and update administration.
• Follow proper CCTV monitoring protocols.
• Focus on duties based on station assignment.
• Ensure overhead paging is clear and discernable.
• Use a pleasant and professional tone of voice.
