Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Communications Security Operator for 1st shift, Saturday through Wednesday, 6:00am–2:00pm. The role requires real-time monitoring of emails, alarms, access control, and CCTV, plus dispatching officers during incidents.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Non-Commissioned Texas security license required.
• Dispatch experience is required.
• Strong customer service and report-writing skills.
• Prior security and monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarms in real-time.
• Observe CCTV for unsafe conditions, security violations, and access issues.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders.
• Handle calls and alerts via internal communications and weather services.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
