Marksman Security is seeking a Dispatch/Communications Security Operator for our North America Operations Center (NAOC). You will monitor security systems, dispatch responders, and coordinate emergency communications across North America.

The ideal candidate has SOC experience and a Texas security license, with a strong customer-service mindset and solid reporting skills. Salary is $20/hour for 1st shift, Saturday through Wednesday, in a Headquarters location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain/maintain Texas non-commissioned security license.
• Experience in security dispatch or operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and accurate reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarms in real time.
• Monitor CCTV for safety, doors status, and security violations.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders.
• Handle incoming calls and alerts via internal communications system.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, disasters).
• Operate badge software and related security systems.
• Support client projects and events with security staffing.
• Administer client access policies for client properties.
