Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking a Command Center Operator in Kentwood, MI.

This role provides 24/7 support to the management team, supervisors, employees, and clients, operating a multi-line switchboard, processing background screenings and payroll, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include dispatching personnel, handling emergency and non‑emergency calls, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No felony convictions or crimes of moral turpitude.
• Impeccable grooming.
• Above average customer service skills.
• HS diploma or GED plus some college experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers and co-workers.
• Assist callers with emergency, security and general needs.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Use computer-aided software for documentation and tip-line processing.
• Prepare reports and incident logs; maintain records and files.
• Process payroll companywide and background screening requests.
• Monitor CCTV and operate access control and security systems.
