Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No felony or specified misdemeanor convictions.
• Impeccable grooming required.
• Above-average customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED plus some college experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, coworkers, and vendors.
• Inform and assist callers about emergency, security, and general needs.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses following procedures.
• Use computer-aided software for documentation and reporting.
• Generate and maintain incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; operate related equipment.
