Job summary

The San Francisco Giants are seeking a Command Center Administrator/Lead to oversee security policies, procedures, and follow-up. You will work with Guest Services, Grounds Crew, Ballpark Operations and Giants Enterprises to ensure safety at Oracle Park.

This role requires coaching and developing Command Center Operators, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously. Based at 24 Willie Mays Plaza, you will report to Security Manager and help protect our assets, guests, and staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience leading security teams.
• Able to deliver fact-based insights from technology, data, and incidents.
• Excellent relationship building with internal and external partners.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience supervising high-energy workforces in a sports environment.
• Knowledge of business continuity and crisis management principles.
• Extensive experience with access control, CCTV, dispatching, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of security policies, procedures and follow-up.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to Command Center Operators.
• Collaborate with Giants Guest Services, Grounds Crew, Ballpark Operations and Giants Enterprises.
• Ensure protocols are followed and report to Security Manager.
• Coach and develop the Command Center team and maintain cross-functional collaboration.
