Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the San Francisco Giants Team Store. The role drives sales and fan impact through bold leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data and IT-enabled insights.

Home game shifts and events form a core responsibility for ongoing fan service and operations. You will lead Retail Associates, coach performance, and ensure an exemplary fan experience while managing daily operations and back-of-house tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or hospitality as a base requirement.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations and stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Collaborate with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Provide training and coaching to Retail Associates to ensure fan experience.
