Giants Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences at Oracle Park. You will support clients through planning and execution of high-impact events, reporting to the Director of Events & Client Services.
You will lead cross-functional teams for non-gameday events, orchestrating customized experiences that reflect Oracle Park’s value while ensuring flawless execution and lasting client relationships.
Giants Enterprises is dedicated to the curation and development of new ventures complementary to the San Francisco Giants baseball franchise. We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Manager to help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences at Oracle Park. This role is instrumental in assisting clients throughout the planning and execution of memorable, high impact events. Reporting to the Director of Events & Client Services, this position embodies a client-first attitude and a relentless commitment to world-class customer service.
You will help lead the end-to-end execution of non-gameday events, working across departments including Sales, Operations, Catering, Finance, the Scoreboard Team and Marketing. You will orchestrate customized experiences that reflect the unique value Oracle Park offers, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. This position is integral to delivering high-touch service and building lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
