Job summary

Quisitive, a leading Microsoft partner, seeks a Security Coach to advise clients on improving security posture through recurring coaching, deep-dives, and practical guidance. You'll translate telemetry, compliance needs, and threat trends into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with MDR/SecOps, Customer Success, and consultants to build customer-specific roadmaps tied to licensing and risk priorities, and guide executive-level security discussions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity or related advisory experience.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with advisory skills.
• Experience with Microsoft security products and capabilities.
• Experience reviewing telemetry, dashboards, incidents, and compliance insights.
• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance drivers (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI, HIPAA).
• Ability to translate security data into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Strong business acumen connecting security to client goals and risk reduction.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive storytelling skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring customer security coaching sessions and executive-level discussions.
• Review threats, posture trends, identity risks, and compliance insights to identify improvements.
• Translate findings into roadmaps and next steps for customers.
• Partner with MDR/SecOps, Customer Success, and consultants to align priorities and plans.
• Help customers understand their security environment and tool effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft security capabilities including Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview.
• Build customer-specific security roadmaps tied to licensing and risk priorities.
• Conduct security architecture and adoption planning for maximum value.
• Analyze trends and advise on external/internal threats and attack surfaces.
• Prepare advisement materials and executive summaries using dashboards and telemetry.
