Job summary

AttackIQ is seeking a Client Security Advisor to manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring adoption, retention and expansion of our breach and attack simulation solutions. You will be the trusted advisor coordinating with Product, Sales and Engineering to deliver value and measurable outcomes.

This remote role reports to the VP of Customer Success and involves strategic customer visits to ensure customers maximize ROI and mature their cybersecurity validation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the listed security domains.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationship for assigned customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption and value realization.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing guidance, strategy, and best practices to maximize platform impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer goals into measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks to customer success and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead customer business reviews, demonstrating ROI and strategic alignment.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities by ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
