Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is building a foundational Professional Services Security Assurance team focused on secure deployments and data protection at scale. You will deliver hands-on security engagements, translate risks into concrete actions, and shape the security posture across customer projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Security Practice and broader Professional Services, driving security through design, deployment, and ongoing guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application/Security or Security Consulting (Senior).
• 8+ years in Application/Security or Security Consulting (Lead).
• Experience performing security assessments including architecture/design reviews.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and API security practices.
• Experience with web, API, microservices, containers, cloud-native, and AI apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead security engagements delivering high‑impact assessments for customers.
• Translate complex risks into actionable security postures and remediation.
• Develop and communicate security findings with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate to integrate security throughout the SDLC and tooling.
• Define security standards, reference architectures, and guidelines.
