You will mentor advisors, manage escalations, and stay ahead of threats with expertise in Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, and Azure security services to optimize client environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cyber security incl advisory, consulting, or managed services.
• 3+ years of people leadership of security professionals.
• Strong executive communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cyber Security Advisors delivering proactive guidance.
• Manage escalations, executive conversations and strategic engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering to improve service delivery.
• Promote adoption of Microsoft security technologies and best practices.
