Job summary

PalAmerican Security seeks a Client Services Manager to supervise security staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure service delivery excellence. You will lead recruiting, training, and performance management while coordinating payroll and client billing within a dynamic security environment.

You will oversee site visits, ensure officers are prepared, and collaborate with leadership on staffing and operational efficiency across Nevada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year experience or equivalent experience in security
• At least three years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train new staff
• Provide performance feedback and recognize talent for management roles
• Ensure security officers are adequately prepared for their assignments
• Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
• Conduct site assessments and client visits
• Collaborate on recruitment needs and oversee client billing
• Scheduling and payroll management of portfolio
